OneCare OB/GYN & OneCare Midwifery Frequently Asked Questions

Did my providers’ practice change?

Your providers recently joined a new practice called OneCare OB/GYN (with locations in Bedminster, Montville, and Morristown) and/or OneCare Midwifery (with locations in Montville and Morristown), which are both a part of Axia Women’s Health. You will see this reflected in all branding and patient communication moving forward. Axia Women’s Health is one of the nation’s largest independent women’s health care groups, and our providers share a common vision of improving health care for women.

How do I access my Patient Portal?

We are currently transitioning to a new Axia Women’s Health patient portal.

If you have an upcoming appointment, you should have received an email to create your new portal account.

You can continue to log on to your old patient portal to access previous information; however, all new appointments and medical information will be found in your new Axia patient portal, so be sure to call your care center to create your new account.

Why did I receive two bills?

As part of our providers joining Axia Women’s Health, we will be changing billing systems, so you may receive a separate invoice for any services provided prior to July 1, 2021 and another for services provided on or after July 1, 2021.

Can I pay my bill online?

For all other services provided on or after July 1, please pay online here. If you have billing questions, please contact our billing team at 1-800-355-0913.

Will this affect accepted insurance?

This will not affect accepted insurance plans. Also, it may be helpful to know that while we are now branded as Axia Women’s Health, our legal entity name is Regional Women’s Healthcare Group. This may, at times, appear on insurance-related documents and/or directories.

How can I access my medical records?

Management of your electronic medical records will be transferred to Axia Women’s Health, and you will receive an invitation to register for a new patient portal account and other important information regarding records and communication preferences in the coming weeks. Should you ever require a copy of your medical records, you may contact our office, and they will be provided free of charge.

Does this mean my provider will change?

Your physician, and other care providers, will remain the same.

What if I would like to choose a new provider?

You have the right to change providers at any time, and you can request a transfer of your medical records, free of charge by calling your care center. To transfer to a new provider within our OneCare OB/GYN or OneCare Midwifery groups, there is no need to make a record change.
